Meet Our Team
Jessica Kroll
Your Matchmaker and Founder
Matchmaking has never been a job I chose — it has always been something that chose me. Long before Household Squad existed, I was the person who instinctively knew who belonged together. I set up four couples who are now married with children — not because I was trying to play matchmaker, but because reading people — their energy, their values, their potential together — has always been second nature. That same instinct carried into my professional life. As an executive recruiter, I spent years pairing the right candidate with the right company, creating matches that sparked career growth, strengthened teams, and shaped organizations. Those placements were never transactional; they were deeply personal. I saw what people were capable of before they saw it themselves, and I understood what a company truly needed beyond a job description. Somewhere along the way, life revealed a path that blended the personal and the professional — a career I never even realized was on the menu, yet one that felt like it had always been part of my DNA: matching families with the people who bring stability, joy, structure, and heart into their homes. Household Squad is the natural extension of who I’ve always been — a matchmaker, a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend — someone who listens deeply, sees clearly, and connects people in ways that change their lives.
