4. No Employment Relationship Created by Website Use
Use of this website, submission of an inquiry, completion of an application, submission of a resume, participation in a consultation, or communication with Household Squad does not create an employment relationship, contractor relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, or client relationship unless and until expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

By submitting information to Household Squad, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Families and Clients
Families and clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding household needs, job duties, schedules, compensation expectations, location, family preferences, childcare needs, household environment, pets, driving requirements, travel expectations, and any other details relevant to a placement.
Families and clients are also responsible for complying with applicable laws and obligations related to hiring, employment, payroll, taxes, workplace safety, insurance, domestic worker protections, wage and hour rules, and any other requirements that may apply.
Candidates and Applicants
Candidates and applicants are responsible for providing accurate information regarding experience, references, availability, work authorization, certifications, background, driving history where relevant, professional qualifications, and any other information relevant to the application or placement process.
Candidates and applicants must not submit false, misleading, incomplete, outdated, or fraudulent information.
Household Squad reserves the right to reject, remove, suspend, or discontinue consideration of any candidate or applicant if we believe information submitted is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our standards or applicable requirements.
6. Screening, References, and Background Checks
Household Squad may conduct, coordinate, request, review, or facilitate candidate screening, reference checks, background checks, identity verification, credential review, or other evaluation steps where appropriate and permitted by law.

7. No Guarantee of Candidate Conduct or Household Environment
Household Squad works to support thoughtful, careful, and professional placement-related services. However, Household Squad cannot guarantee the future conduct, performance, reliability, compatibility, safety, availability, judgment, actions, omissions, or continued employment of any candidate, household professional, family, client, household member, visitor, or third party.
Families and clients are responsible for making final hiring decisions and maintaining a safe, lawful, and appropriate household work environment.
Candidates and household professionals are responsible for performing work professionally, lawfully, safely, and in accordance with applicable agreements, household expectations, and legal requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Household Squad is not responsible for the acts, omissions, conduct, negligence, misconduct, disputes, employment decisions, payment disputes, workplace conditions, or relationship issues between families, clients, candidates, household professionals, household members, guests, or third parties.
